What is StudioFlows?
StudioFlows is an automation platform built specifically for photographers. It helps you:
- Automatically capture and follow up with leads
- Schedule social media posts
- Process and deliver photos to clients
- Save hours of admin work every week
Do I need technical skills to use StudioFlows?
No! StudioFlows is designed to be simple and user-friendly. Most features require no coding or technical knowledge. For integrations, we provide step-by-step guides for all major platforms.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your data is preserved, but you'll need to subscribe to continue using the features. If you don't subscribe, you can still access your dashboard in read-only mode.
Integration & Setup
How do I connect my website contact form?
StudioFlows uses webhooks to receive data from your forms. The process is:
- Get your unique webhook URL from Lead Follow-up Settings
- Add it to your form platform's webhook settings
- Test by submitting a form

Does it work with Squarespace / Wix / Showit?

Can I connect multiple forms?
Yes! Use the same webhook URL for all your forms. StudioFlows will capture leads from any form that sends data to your webhook.
My form submitted but no lead appeared. What's wrong?
Check these common issues:
- Webhook URL: Make sure it includes
?key=YOUR_KEY - Name field: Your form must have a field called
nameorName - Form settings: Ensure webhooks are enabled and saved
- Test the URL: Visit your webhook URL in a browser - it should show "Webhook key is valid"
Lead Follow-up
How does the follow-up reminder system work?
When a lead is added:
- StudioFlows calculates follow-up dates based on your settings
- At each scheduled time, you receive a notification (Discord, Email, or Slack)
- You reach out to the lead
- Mark the follow-up as "sent" in your dashboard
- The next follow-up is scheduled
Can I customize the follow-up schedule?
Yes! Go to Lead Follow-up Settings to:
- Set timing for each of the 5 follow-ups
- Enable/disable individual follow-ups
- Choose weekdays only (skip weekends)
What if I forget to mark a follow-up as sent?
The reminder will stay in your "Upcoming Follow-ups" until you either mark it as sent or skip it. You won't get the next reminder until you handle the current one.
Can I get notifications on my phone?
Yes! Use Discord or Slack notifications and install their mobile apps. Email also works on mobile. We're working on push notifications for a future update.

Which platforms are supported?
StudioFlows supports scheduling to:
- Instagram (feed posts and stories)
- Facebook (pages)
- Twitter/X
- TikTok
Can I schedule carousel posts?
Yes, Instagram carousels (multi-image posts) are fully supported. Upload multiple images when creating your post.
How far in advance can I schedule?
You can schedule posts up to 30 days in advance.
Photo Processing
What formats are supported?
We support:
- Input: JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, RAW formats (via conversion)
- Output: JPG (optimized for web)
What's the maximum file size?
Individual images up to 50MB. For batch processing, total upload size up to 500MB.
Does it preserve metadata?
By default, we strip EXIF data for privacy. You can optionally add GPS coordinates for location-based SEO if desired.
Account & Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate StudioFlows before subscribing. After subscribing, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis - contact us if you're not satisfied.
Can I change my plan?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use:
- SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Secure database storage with Supabase
- No sharing of your data with third parties
- Regular security updates
